Privacy policy
Clear information about what happens to data.
1. Scope of this page
The Time for you service is a space for companies, their employees and those managing absences. Information about employee data should be read together with the notice provided by the relevant employer.
2. Visiting the site
The website uses cPanel hosting. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time, resource address and browser details, as needed to deliver and protect the service. The hosting provider’s scope, roles and retention periods depend on its actual rules and configuration. Infrastructure data is distinct from employee records. Optional statistics on public pages start only with consent and cover page views, starting the form and technical data such as IP address, device and browser. They do not read form contents or passwords. The cookie notice explains how to give or change consent.
3. Contact form
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, BackOffice processes sender details, company details and the message to respond and handle the matter. The basis is the legitimate interest in correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or another appropriate basis if the message concerns entering into or performing a contract. Data is retained for the time needed to handle the matter and a justified period for protection against claims, taking statutory duties into account.
Do not send medical certificates, diagnoses or other health data through the general contact form. For employee records, use the channel specified by your employer.
4. Accounts and company areas
As a rule, the employer is responsible for processing employee data, and BackOffice handles it on the employer’s instructions within the agreed scope. Details and individual rights are explained in our GDPR notice.
5. Privacy protection
Data handling requires access restrictions by company and permission, confidentiality of health data, defined retention periods and safeguards appropriate to the risks. Processing scope and permissions follow the arrangements with the relevant employer.
6. Links and changes
Links to the company website and the data protection authority lead to services with their own rules. This policy will be updated as functions launch and processing changes. For privacy enquiries, use the contact form. Company address: Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych 72/12, 04-036 Warszawa, Poland.
7. Subscriptions and payment provider
Subscription billing is intended for the employer and its authorised company administrator after sign-in. Stripe payments involve the payer’s contact and billing details and transaction identifiers and statuses. Payment instrument details are entered in the provider’s interface; do not send them through the help form. Employee, absence and request data is not shared with Stripe for payments.
Displaying payment marks on a public page does not activate Stripe or transmit data to it. Roles, legal bases, retention and transfers are described in our GDPR notice and Stripe privacy policy.
